Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased a boat from Jon Grau at Nautical Ventures. At first I thought he was doing me a favor by fudging the paperwork so that I would not need to pay big bucks in sales tax... However it turns out that he was doing this deal "on the side" and didn't get title to the boat.
When I pushed the issue on the title Jon Grau at Nautical Ventures became abusive and threatening and bullying!
I regret ever trusting Jon Grau and purchasing a RIB from Nautical Ventures.
Hope that this prevents others from having the same issue.

We strongly deny the gross and inaccurate statements alleged in this report. We have consistently
fulfilled the legal requirements entailed with the sale of boats and we stand ready to address any grievance. On the rare occasion when we have offered a vessel or kayak for sale which does not have a valid legal title, we have made this information known to consumers well in advance. We have not, nor will we, engage in any deceptive business practices. We are proud of our record and of our professional customer service.
