Apparently, like many others I too received a bill from One Call for web service access from my home phone. We are AOL subscribers so all web access is billed directly through AOL. When I questioned the charge the customer service representative claimed the access is not billed by my local phone provider.

I contacted the Michigan State Attorney General's office to initiate a complaint against One Call.
