The company have sent me an award letter printed on the legal paper with a form W-915 attached to it.
I received it on 12/02/05. The letter notified me of winning the sum of 3,700,300.00 and requests $20 (cash, check, or money order) to be payable to USSA, to the address NBPI, PO box 98835, Las Vegas, NV 89195-0418.

I checked this company on the internet and saw a lot of complains. Since I am getting so many e-mails and letters of this nature, I believe that it is about time to put the end to it. Thank you for your web site.
