NBPI - CDRA ripoff bogus sweepstakes possible identity theft Las Vegas Nevada

I received an official looking W-915 form stating that I had won $3,900,622. The form said I had won the money but needed to complete the proper paperwork the monies would go to someone else.

It also stated that I needed to send in $20 document fee in the prepaid envelope required.

I had never heard of the form so I looked it up and a "s**tload" of scam reports came up. This is scary that an official looking document was sent out with my information and that apparently these people are getting away with it.
