NC CSE Abuse of power! Treating actual Fathers as Criminals to manipulate the system to force money to mother's who are bitter!!!! Raleigh North Carolina

 The NC CSE caseworkers are the worse than ambulance chasing lawyers. I have provided for my children since the day of separation. I have been involved with my children since the beginning and continue to have them. It was finally established that we have joint custody. Since Feb 2016, we were separated we are supposed to pay for our own daycare and any needs of the children while they are in our care. We have gone through 3 temporary orders prior to the custody hearing and 2 after the hearing. Each time my credits and the numbers change to ensure that my ex-wife gets more money. In October 2016, there was a court hearing in which the case worker changed the date but never served me the new date. The hearing happened during that time I had already provided the daycare + insurance information that I pay for plus my salary information and since I am a teacher my schedule doesn't change. During that hearing that I was not notified of the caseworker said my transaction history, checks, and information from the school and daycare were not enough evidence to give me credit.

The order was not only then put in place for 438 but then back dated 3 months. I asked to file a motion the case worker made the motion and I paid my money to have another hearing scheduled for today. I am not a lawyer and could not afford one so I trusted the case worker to at least give me the right paperwork. They sent me a copy of the order and the numbers they used. Not only did I not get my daycare credit but a $100.00 credit for my eldest outside of this marriage was not included. I had received that credit on all orders prior to this one. Last week, I sent my daycare information again to the case worker. She told me they are going to request I not pay for insurance. Yes my ex wife has a lot of government assistance and they have medicaid but I have provided insurance on every job I have ever had. When I put the numbers in on the worksheet used in the October case plus just my daycare credit it came to $0.96.

Obviously this was not good enough and the manipulation once again started. First, they said I do not work 12 months so I shouldn't get credit for 2 months. I am at a modified school and we go back the middle of July so really I only get 1 month off. Then they sliced my insurance to only give credit per kid. Insurance doesn't let you pay per kid so if I had 1 or 10 its still the same amount. Lastly, the judge said I filed the wrong form. Again if I had been able to afford a lawyer I would have known all of this. However, all my money has been going to her. They wouldn't give me credit for my eldest so the new amount came to $370.80. With minimum credit of the back-pay amount. This is so frustrating beyond words. This woman works 2 jobs, get a daycare voucher, full food stamps, and WIC and I am supposed to pay her on a teacher's salary???? How can you change the numbers from October to now just because she wasn't going to get support by me. Cash in her hand???? If the numbers were ran correctly and it came to the amount then of course I wouldn't have an issue. However, you are purposely being deceitful just to give her money. I am at a loss and now do not know what to do.
