I wasn't surprised to find so many listings here on this company. I received a collection notice yesterday from NCC - A division of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. - via snail mail, only it was addressed with my married last name that I haven't had for over 23 years!! First red flag! Secondly, regarding an account with Lerner/mail order - which I have NEVER had/done. I have never had a credit card of any kind until 3 years ago.

Honestly - how does any company in this day and age get away with such obvious garbage like this? They are preying on the fear of people having their identities stolen! Please continue to report this company if you believe you are being scammed.
