NCE UNIFIED HEALTH ONE, OPTUM HEALTH ALLIES, LIBERTY BENEFITS, UNIFIED LIFE INSURANCE Retired widow trying to get health insurance, was conned by this company, they took credit card info sent health insurance but doctors wont except it, it doesn't really exist. then started seeing strange unathorized charges on my account el paso texas

 they took my credit card and said they were giving me insurance and prescriptions.  they sent a packet of info and insurance cards but the doctors wont take them.  then noticed weird charges on credit card....
