*REBUTTAL Owner of company: What happens here is that the original debtor sells(At a discount) the debt and writes it off,THEN the debtor BECOMES NCO h*o sues for the full ammount, and PROFITS GREATLY.

Properties purchased for Half way homes to help society and government grants were cut and houses lost, Now NCO is continually harrassing us verbally and the creditor has already charged off the account! Made a few offers but not good enough in their eyes. They are very Rude & Condenscending when speaking with you. Asked that they speak professionally and they continue to verbally harrass us, especially my handicapped secretary that has been helping me with this issue and the caller named "Brian". Obviously by looking at the Rip Off report files we are not the first nor last

The debt does NOT "Dissappear" it's transfered. You owe NCO and they're DIRTY.
