Yesterday, I received an ominous envelope from NCO Financial Systems, Inc. for a bill for a debt presumably from 1992! They want 7,750.07, but "they are willing to give me half off", Nuts!

Ive never heard of the credit card they say its from, which is a "Chase providian".

First of all, all these years, nothing was ever on my credit report matching this, very weird.

I think it is a scam and I am going to the district attorneys office.
