Judging by your rebuttal you are either an employee for them, or one of the many "investors" they have ripped off.

I Say - First and for most let me to correct your first mistake NCOA is the proper symbol that the company is traded under, Now the amount of debt is of no matter. Take a close look at all the companies that you purchase anything from and see that you are being a rude hypocrite about your statement "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MEN OR THIER COMPANIES!" if that is a reason that you would offer for not doing business. Much less if that is the approach that you would like to take and feel you are in the right then please, go home and lock yourself up because I doubt you are 100% debt free. Meaning you owe on your house or the car that you dive or the credit cards that you hold in your bill fold. So if this is a standing reason not to do business with a company no business should sell anything to over 90% of the public because we are all in debt and cannot be trusted... But none the less maybe you should have done your research and then you would have seen that the debt, although not all of it in a good standing, is being worked down in amounts owed as well maybe even looked to see why there is a debt but then you also would have seen your amount posted is wrong thus for showing you failed to do research on your claim.

First "They Screw Employee's" Please provide details if you are going to make a statement of this stature.

Second "can't pay vendors" Again research would have been great on this but none the less if the company could not pay vendors then I find it impossible the doors are even open. Without products to conduct business you have no business?

Third (and the only REAL issue you have) "will ruin your coated parts" DETAILS!!!!! HPC/Jet-Hot has thousands of parts that pass through the doors day in and day out. Is there any company that is perfect? Mistakes happen!!! Now it is in the way that the company assisted with the mistake that was made that counts at all. With no DETAILS the public has no clue what the hell happened!!!

Finally " They are dirty, sleazy business owners who are paying themselves $250K a year while they can't pay vendors or employee's!" Again No details. Have you met these two men or even talked to them on the phone? What proof do you have that they are Dirty, Sleazy Business owners? The way that I look at it after conducting a very deep research, This company has every right to file BANKRUPT, use Tax Payers money to clean past debt, restructure over night and start with a clean slate simple as that. Seeing this is not what is taking place and I see PROOF that these two men are doing the best they can with what they have to work out past debt and bring the balances down over time I would say they are a stand up pair.
The 250K a year I would love to see what proof you have they even take home a paycheck. By law if you have to post a public Salary, with this said they have completed this. As a primary share holder or business owner you have a right to not take that pay and give it back to the company. So I would do more research on that before you try and state a false fact.
