NCS and AACS both of these have been continually harrassing me with a lawsuit an I don't own any advance america of or usa cash why do they keep harrassing peoplee now some one name steve from restituation penal sent me a form to sign so i wouldn't get sued ?? i don't harrassment Internet

these people continue to send harrassing e-mail an threating lawsuit an i am getting so upset about this it is every week that i get this in my e-mail - but it come's in my spam i check it before i disgard but i never open anything that they say to download i want to completely have these shut down are these scam artist

Just delete these emails. Don't sign anything sent to you by these scammers. It isn't likely that these scammers will be shut down -even if they are, another one will pop up. Just delete the email. If they call you, hang up.

From what I can see from these ripoff reports, it looks like your information was obtained when you filled out a form online for a loan. That seems to be the common denominator. The best way to stop this is to not fill out any forms online for loans and eventually the scammers will stop contacting you.
