NCS arbitrations contact me on 03/03/15 about a debt that I suppose of had made back in 2007, in which I informed them that it was not me and it was a case of ID theft. These people contacted my brother's phone and contacted me on my unlisted office phone. I filled a complaint with the State's Attorney Office of that state.
