I have received this email every Tuesday since October. I am 82 years old and bed ridden, so this makes no sense to me.

 

Dear Debtor,

The case will be downloaded on Monday(November 18th 2013) and you will soon be served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid legal consequences we merely require you to get back to us with the payment, you can either e-mail back or call us on the phone number given on the bottom of the e-mail.
