NCS Litigations Firm "Agent" Baker, Vivian Holmes, Walter Stevens, *Kelly McMullin (supervisor?) Danny Henderson Threatening, misleading and misrepresenting statements from the caller to my Voicemail! Internet

I was first contacted by an "Agent" Baker claiming to be be with the Stat's Atty Generals' office-stating the company she represented was A-1 Processing & Investigations, she left a detailed message-(is that legal? my VM does not announce my name or info?) and contact information. When I called back I reached NCS, I did arrange a payment schedule, but now that I have read these posts I will do research before I pay. I would also like to mention that I have requested information about the debt-Who I originally owed, how much, when. These have yet to be provided. When I called this morning to request this info, I was leaving a mssg for Vivian, when my phone beeped-unknown-and when I answered a man said he someone called him at home from "this number"  he had a missed call-I began to explain that this was impossible when he cut me off, would not civilly communicate with me and and then hung up. I called back-he did give his name, Walter-then hung up. I called a fourth time-pressed 0-and was connected to Kelly-a "supervisor" who also behaved in a most unprofessional manor. It is with great pleasure that can say I always advise the individuals from ANY agency of this sort that-THEY ARE BEING RECORDED-because they are! I have no problem re-paying my debts, now that I am able, but I demand to be treated with respect, courtesy, dignity and in the professional way that anyone is entitled to.
