This company poses as a collection agency. They start off by calling and leaving threatening messages that state; "You are being charged with check fraud charges, loan fraud, etc. and that they are a process server for the state you live in if you don't call back in 2 hours, you will be served at work."

Do not respond to this message, it is a scam. They are not a collection agency, they are a company attempting to scam you into giving your personal information and possibly paying a phony bill. Contact your state attorney general and the FTC.
