I ordered Phentermine on 4/21/06. The Dr. Prasad approved the order that day. I was charged on my credit card, that same day. I have yet to receive my order.

I e-mailed them on 04/26/06,05/08/06 & again on 05/30/06, asking for a delivery date. No response was given.

I have tried numerous times to call the toll free number. After being on hold for several minutes, a female voice asks that I go on-line to check the status on my order and to try and call back at another time.

This is not the first time I have used this company. I would like to know what has happened to their customer service. I think this is unacceptable business practice.
