Purchased a video item from this company for a Christmas gift in early November. Did not hear back from the company after multiple times I tried to contact them via their email: support@neatprojector.com. No one got back to me until January to let me know that they were backed up.

Seeing their ads on Instagram, I know more people have been scammed out of their money because they deleted every comment and then disabled commenting altogether. They dodge questions about refunds because they do not intend to ever refund customers. I even paid for expedited shipping, and I STILL haven't received the item.

This company should not be in business and every customer that was scammed by them should be refunded right away. I also believe this company is based out of China.
