neautographs sold me 2 posters supposed to have been signed by jim morrison and jimi hendrix with a money back gauranteed money back if not satisfied..i am not satisfied and have emailed him 5 times only response was they were going to report me as a spammeri hear his name is nathan edwards i do have the post office he sent them from and it has a street address different from the one i filled in ..i can provide it

I too was conned when I bought a "signed" Obama book. The signature I received was not the one shown and an obvious fake. So I emailed them for a refund, which they ignored.
I finally began sending 100 emails a day, flooding their system until they contacted me.
I got a refund only after threatening to continue my email assault. Moral: the squeaky wheel gets a response.
