I have been in communication with one Rossevelt Northen. He has provided me with a website and copies of his drivers license. He continues to push for a low "fee" to fund the loan but can only be paid through a bank to bank transaction.
I am skeptical of anyone without a company email address and also not stupid enough to send money to fund a loan without a guarantee and security in knowing that escrow is the only way to hold everyone accountable.
If you run across this person I would highly suggest that you avoid sending any money until you have proof that he can present the supporting documentation that confirms he is financially capable of funding your loan. Be cautious.
