I ordered a slipcover several years ago and was very happy. I ordered a new one in August 2010 and finally received it in Feb 2011, 6 months later.
It didn't fit, so I returned it for a repair. That was in March 2011. I'm still waiting for the "repaired" warranted product.
Emails and voicemails are not being answered. Customer service is non-existent. I've submitted a complaint on Angie's List as well, but don't expect any movement. Get the word out so no one
else get suckered!BBB in Laredo rates Needle and Shears as a D-. I can see why...

Todo Es still has it wrong

Actually, I *had* agreed to pay for the style changes, but that was in March. When I got no response by June, I filed complaints. It's not the money, honey, it's the time. The FTC's Mail and Telephone Rule requires a seller to ship within 30 days. We are so far past 30 days that it's not worth doing the math. Had Todo Es/Needle and Shears provided the requested repairs and style changes within 30 days, or at least answered me within 30 days, I'd have been happy. But we are ONE FULL YEAR past the date I ordered the product. And contrary to their rebuttal, I have NOT received the slipcover that they purportedly shipped back to me unchanged. So yet again, I have nothing from them for my money and time.

This customer is correct, she did order a slipcover from our company. This is actually her second order - a re-order of a slipcover we made for her over a year ago. What she forgot to mention is that in addition to returning the slipcover to us for adjustments, that are covered by the warranty, she wanted to add up-grades to the slipcover as well as design changes.
Since we made the slipcover using the same pattern as her previous cover we questioned these changes in our responce to her request as well as quoted the cost for the up-grades and design changes. She responed that she no longer wanted the work done and we shipped the slipcover back to the customer.
Our product warranty covers our workmanship. We work with the customer to determine the problem with the fit and then make every effort to make the adjustments and return the slipcover to the customer as quickly as possible.
We have been in busines for over 14 years and have made thousands of slipcovers and have thousands of satisfied customers all over the US. Many of which come back for more slipcovers and refer friends and family.

I don't know if you are aware that the address posted for this business is just like a post office box that companies in Mexico use to give the appearance of being in the US. Where you aware???
