Neil Chandran has over the last four years illegally solicited funds from investors. He sent out brokers to obtain funds who were not registered to do so. He has outstanding agreements with shareholders to pay them out and is in arrears for over two years now. It is apparent that he has never had any intention of paying back his investors. He has given back small amounts to investors only to seduce them and use that to solicit larger funds from them. He is affiliated with other key players who have been fraudulent with other companies. There are millions of dollars invested (50-70 million) and hundreds of investors that are involved. This appears to be a good scam any many of us are stuck right in the middle of it. There is money in offshore accounts. The more people who step up and give their story about Neil Chandran the more of a chance that we have to stop him and have justice served.

Have Faith in a winner

AUTHOR: fed-up - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 16, 2011

I have known Neil for 5 years now. As the other investor stated, Neil has received thousands of Blackberry texts from me and hundreds of phone calls. If he doesn't reply right away, he usually berry's me and says I will get back to you later and he always does.

Yes I have been disappointed with time frames! I am also a business owner and understand that things do not always go the way you expect them to! Some of my accounts are running 1 year in arrears, but all of my creditors are with me because I communicate with them and they know I'm not running away. That I have learned from Neil.

I personally know many people that have made good returns with Neil and his group of companies. I was not solicited by any person. Someone called me and said I should have a look and I flew to Calgary and met Neil and his entire team of Professionals. Some I recognized like Helena Devries. Outstanding productions which I have seen on television and outstanding vision!!

I am glad that I met Neil and got involved with his companies and look forward to having my money working with him for many years. My kids are uber excited to see the freevi village and also want to invest with him.

One thing I know, if you want to find something negative about anyone you will find it, sometimes you have to stretch or embellish but you will find it. I prefer to find the positives and be supportive in whatever way I can.

To be honest the hardest thing for me and many investors to date has been the very few disgruntled investors that continue to send negative emails and intentionally, displaying and redistributing our private email address' even after asking to be removed from their database. I have removed so many personal email address' from my database at least a dozen times. This is a complete disrespect to our privacy!

Neil Chandran thank you for your continued forging ahead in-spite of a few naysayers! I do not know how many investors there are but I personally talked with a lot that are onside and are looking forward to the finish line!

Patience is a virtue

AUTHOR: JW - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Despite the protracted period of time where, as an investor, I have not "seen" any funds I have had constant communication with Neil. (As a side note I received several payments on my investment prior to the financial crisis).  I have never worried if he was running or trying to jump ship, actually quite the opposite. Over the past 18 months I have probably passed more than 5,000 text messages and more than 200 emails and dozens of phone calls with Neil. If someone were trying to scam someone I'm pretty sure that level of communication would not exist. I cannot in all honesty say that I was happy with everything that I was told, and that everything worked out exactly as I was told, but what ever does? We are dealing with an investment, and with investments come risks. Could things have been handled a little better? Sure.

Anyone who understands the inner workings of the CSC as well as the SEC knows that by taking Feevi to the public market, Neil has availed himself to the scrutiny of the SEC which has much sharper teeth than the CSC. For those who believe that he is trying to distance himself from his obligations really don't understand how things work. The merger with SunGame allows the company to be publicly listed and creates a marketplace for repaying the debts.

One thing I think everyone is forgetting is that the World went through a financial meltdown. Millions of people lost everything they had with no chance to recover what they lost. While we haven't seen anything, as far as money, come in the past 18 months, Neil has continued to work incredibly hard at getting us the returns he promised. I can't say that I know of another company that can say the same. While Neil may have been somewhat naive in his predictions and time-lines from time to time, he is ultimately trying to do what he has promised. While I continue to have a good relationship with Neil I have never been afraid to voice my concerns and apprehensions. I have not sat idly and waited for things to happen. Neil can attest to the number of times that I have questioned and strongly verbalized my frustrations and we have always managed to work them out. At the end of the day I know that Neil has done, and continues to do everything that he could/can to get things to where he can deliver on the promises he has made.

As a closing thought, just think how easy it would have been for him to slip into the unknown and to never be heard from again. Yet here he is. Thanks for all your hard work!!

Neil Chandran is an honest businessman, doing his very best under trying circumstances

AUTHOR: JOhn - (Canada)

POSTED: Monday, February 14, 2011

This report has many half truths and unsubstantiated comments.  Certainly this report does not reflect the Neil Chandran that I know.  Neil did not solicit funds from me illegally.  Nor was my investment made through a broker, registered or otherwise.  I believe Neil is going to pay out all that he has said he would, and that has always been his intention.  If Neil was a scam artist he would have disappeared long ago to enjoy the money in those mythical offshore accounts.  Instead he has been working extremely hard to make Freevi a success.  Watch and read the updates.  It's almost there folks.

Neil has done a great job in getting Freevi to this point.  He has worked long and hard to get to where he and we are today.  We would all like for it to have happened sooner, however, remember we've just come through a recession.  That has had a severe effect on the economy including Freevi.

Now Neil has brought the company to the position he has been dreaming about for years but unfortunately some people seem to want to derail his, and our, dreams.  If those who had posted these negative comments would have waited they might now be enjoying the benefits of the investments they had made.  We would all certainly be a lot closer to that point.  All that the negative comments do is cause delays and concerns for those who want to further invest in Freevi.  But then maybe for their own reasons, that is what those people who have made the negative comments want to happen.
