Neil Fineman is a rip off expert. He inflates his credentials boasts of degrees that he doesnt have and will do anything to make a dollar. While Neil Fineman may dress nice and have a smooth talk keep in mind he is from New York where they teach this kind of thing.
He is currently under investigating by FINRA for ripping someone off to generate a commission. You can go to FINRA.org to look him up and see that he is involved in an arbitration right now. Also check out how fast he leaves each firm he is with.
You should not do any business with the man and should find a respectable advisor, not one that is deep in debt and drives around in a leased car.
This man is not to be trusted and neither is his wife Meryana who wie willl talk about in a later memmo. She claims to have done decorating work for my son, which she did not and public records shows she has a judgment against her for $10,000.
Be careful when dealing with this couple.
