I want to start by saying we have already fixed this "issue" outside of this website.

During our Air times on CNBC our shipping time and response time is slightly longer than usually. When a company is featured on TV it has no idea how much traffic or inquires it will receive. We (I Kevin, the one who runs the company top to bottom) do my best to keep up with everything during these times. Neo Innovations is a legitimate company with legitimate products. We by no means have ever not sent out a product that has been paid for. It may take a little longer than usual but it will be delivered.

For the record, this purchase was made at the end of the day on the 13th of May, the product was delivered at their door on the 25th of May. Our regular ship time is 7 business days. The 16th would have been the first business day being the Following Monday. 9 Days to your door. I would say this is a very healthy ship time for a company that has just been on Television.
