Mr. Sinda is retired and disabled veteran. He is not a current but past VP of Warner Bros. His employment was from 1968 to 1972, under Arthur Kananack, President of Warner Bros. International. Who always spoke highly of his former VP Mr. Sinda, in my presence.

Mr. Sinda's contacts still remain vast and strong in the industry as I have seen and benefited from them firsthand. He assisted me and fulfilled every promise made me in a number of film projects that included identifying possible sources of financing and distribution. Where is the evidence that supports the allegation?

My belief is as far as the Rip Off complaint goes, it is without merit, indeed as Mr. Sinda requested where is the deal memo if he was to secure financing? This would have to exist and you'd have to be a rank amateur with little to no experience to expect a deal to be done without one.

Without producing it this matter should only be regarded as nothing more than someone's expectations not being met which is a far cry from being defrauded.

The funding source could have bowed out due to better product coming their way or not having confidence in the producer/facilitator to perform. When Sinda is not the source of the distribution of funds this would obviously not be under his control and all he can do as a facilitator is report the information as it is being reported to him. it is ludicrous for two people to quit a job without considering this or having so much as a deal memo, in place.

Does anyone know anything about the person filing this complaint?

The reason I ask is because Mr. Sinda could possibly be the victim of slander and libel to intimidate him if not discredit him as a witness in court proceedings and undermine on camera testimony in a matter where other witnesses are being subjected to similar false and injurious attacks.
