We purchased 2 neon sign from neonsignsshopusa.com after 1 week the signs will not work anymore. I contact the for almost 8 months and they keep promising they will replace them and never happen after 8 months. Someone Jack response to my emails but no contact to call or them getting in touch with me. Do not purchase neon signs or any signs from this company, you will regret.
