Neotel South Africa reported a poor signal on my phone, i was promissed attention two weeks still waiting Internet

i have a signal low problem at my house it worked before. the last 4 month the signal is so low i can not use the unit to get on the net, if i do it,s like the 70 tees . 1 bite at a minute. So i call the neotel customer care line. wait for an hour listening to all the songs they have on their system only to be told we will look into it. i am still waiting two weeks down the line with no system working. i tested my speed on the unit upload test 20kb download test 7 kb damm man pigion fly data faster than that.
