At first seemed to care but then became rude and still have yet to help resolve issues with box like buffering problems and pop ups. I have spent a lot of time to get ideas on how to repair the problems I am having. If you sell you need to stand behind the product and give support or allow me to return item without restocking fee. This company is a joke stay away better of to buy leelbox
