This company took me too... Manny seemed nice - assured me the box woud work on my old tvs - they didn't, I tried cables, sent box back and paid for shipping, he sent back, sent me new cables and still didn't work - assured me not to worry about 30 day policy as we got close before first box was exchanged. Still doesn't work - and now he wants to charge the restocking fee and I have to pay shipping for a second time - he doesn't care and is threatening with 30 day issue when he is the one who extended it and assured box would work. He should know better - now telling my friends not to buy. DO NOT BUY - restocking fees are the biggest rip off and my fault - generally very careful and would never have bought but he guaranteed and I fell for it. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE!

You hve my sympathy. I own 2 bxes, 1)Dragon Box and 2)Sky Stream. Both are very good and are constantly updated. I do prefer the Dragon Box as it has its "secret" area - area 51 where you find a mass of cable channels. This is legal as they have been to court over it. They have a lot of UK BBC channels and movies as well and all work well and fast. I do not sell them as I don't have a customer base to stockpile but I may be able to get you a small discount if you purchase through me. They say no email here so guess if you're interested, drop me a note???
