I purchased from this company a product called MagnaRX+ which included Transdermal Lotion. I was shipped the wrong order, and contacted them for a correction. They sent me the correct order, and advised that I could keep the original order.
Now, I am being charged monthly for product(s) that I did not order or receive. I have attempted to contact them, and their phone number listed on my credit card statement provides me with a phone number asking me to call another number if I'm 'in the mood for some stimulating conversation.'
This company is a rip-off. Any help I can get in recovering my money for the fraudulent charges would be appreciated.

Just received another package from this company...NEP Products

I just received by postal mail, another package from NEP Products. I did NOT order anything but the original ord in September of 2007. I'm waiting to see if they charge my credit card for this package of products that I have not, and will not, open.

The Customer Service Manager for NEP Products is Elaine Scott. The contact phone number is 1-818-994-3072. When calling, you may encounter problems with talking to someone directly, and are advised to leave a detailed message. You then may or may not receive a call back from them. In getting my correct legitimate order, it took me several calls before I was able to speak with someone.
