After reading several of your reports, I realize I am now a victim of this company. They have been deducting out of my checking every month for a product I never recieved and continue not to recieve. E-mails and phonecalls go unanswered, someone should be fired, I work in the service industry and I would never allow such service to continue. I haven't reported it to my bank simply because I was ashamed that I could be taken the way I have been. I am, however, going to go to my bank today and start my dispute.
