On September 3, 2014, has opened Neteller.  I request plastic card in October 8. After several complaints that did not arrive the card, I decided to cancel it. I request a new card in Dicember 30. To date and after several complaints, not arrive the card and Neteller responses are the same, "which is slow in coming". However when one acquires give at most within 21 working days of request. As you can see, this is never fulfilled. When requesting the return of the 13 dollars paid by the card, I was told there was no refund. I believe that Neteller is a scam and it is my duty to communicate publicly through all possible social networks.
