netflix netflix ripped me off 12 month worth of service. Internet

I have filed a complaint with the bbb.org and netflix refuse to respond to any complaints about this problem. I have paid for 12 months of service i can not get credit for. I have been taken avantage of by this company for paying for 12 months gift card and not able to use it. they refuse to apply my gift card to my account because of there new assinline policy staying you can not add 12 months of service then you have 1 or more months of service left. i have no idea how much months i have of service left. but they refuse to help me in any way or form. there policy should be changed. this is uncalled unprofession way to do business. i am out the cost $60+ for the 12 month gift card i paid for. i have been over 3 months i for got how much i have paid but i know it was over $60.  to this day they still refuse to apply my gift card or return any complaints. I just sound like to me they are out to rip me off every step of the way. what a wounderful company i have found to be ripped off by. good luck fileing a bbb.org company becuase they throw them in the trash.   what a toal waste of money i do not agree with there policy period. I will not take that for the answear. I want that is rightfuly mine. If you will not give me the service why even sell the cards in the stores. there system is so messed up i though it said my other gift card ends with in 15 days  from the day i bought the gift card. I did not know i had who knows how much months left. It is too hard to keep attract of. This company is doing business in an unprofession way.  do business with netflix www.netflix.com at your own risk.     you can file all the compalints you want about this and no body will ever return contact you about nothing. shows how much they care. as long as they have ripped you off another dollar they are happy. who cares of you like our product. It is called greed and poor customer service. They should be a shamed of there self.
