Tried to take online college math course to get ahead over winter break but software didn't work so I cancelled. Never took a lesson or turned in an assignment or anything. They refused to refund and then insisted on $400 for nothing and referred collection to a succession of aggressive and unethical collections companies that have dogged me with calls for 4 years about a $400 bill. Stay away at all costs and just take a class with a local university

Sorry to hear you lost out on money and had trouble with our software. In the past year, NetMath has updated its software to a new program that is entirely online. As long as you have an internet connection, you will be able to log on and take our NetMath courses.

NetMath does not deal with collection of tuition from the courses as we operate under the Office of Continuing Education at the University of Illinois. Our refund policies as always are listed on our website netmath.illinois.edu .
