Netrostar Deceptive Business Practices! Unprofessional! Miami Florida

We hired Mr. Marcin Ladowski, owner of Netrostar to design three websites for our companies.  As some of the other reports have stated we too went through a terrible experience in fullfillment times being delayed and deceatful busines practices. Part of the bad service we received was the delays in responses and comunication.  They had a lot of personell changes as his few employees are constantly changing.  We finally were delivered two of the three websites and they were less than custom sites as we were lead to believe.  They appeared to be stock sites using the software they work with.  Mr. Ladowski kept pressuring us to upgrade and use their service for the hosting which when we did not found out that the websites they set up do not work without the databases which they keep on their servers.  This is his barganing tool to extort additional services and funds.  He was rude and even cursed at my partner and I when he began having issues with one of our sites kept going down.  We demanded to have our sites delivered to us which he gave to us on CD but found they did not have the database and only function with the software platform he uses to design and manage the sites.  

At this point we had to take the commercial decision to hire another web developer to design our sites.  We are looking to pursue legal action against this individual and his company.

I'm very dissapointed that individuals such as Marcin take advantage of small professional companies!
