Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When I tried the Netscape Internet Service Free Trial - I was billed for 2 months of usage after cancelling using their internet service before the free trial period had expired. Their contact information is extremely hard to find and they charge a huge fee for using their phone support number. Never use netscape! complete rip off.

Then when you finally do get a real person, they are in the middle east somewhere.
The accent is so thick you cannot understand, and they talk down to you like you are 6 years old.
Very insulting experience.
I immediately cancel any account with any business who outsources customer service. I am an English speaking American living in the United States, and that is who I want to deal with when I call customer service.
Not some towel head.
