Brerak plus complete auto services refunded 319.51into my netspand account on 7-16-2018.Netsdpand customers services locked my account rerfuseing to give access to the  money , Saying because i didnt use the card to pay brakes plus... NETSPAND KNOWS I DIDNOT USE THE CARD TO PAY BRAK PLUS COMPLETE AUTO SERVICES,   ""then why is netspand excepting money into my account from brake plus??, or from any buisness that netspand know the card was not used at to buy services ,,,if netspand gonna locki me out from the account??...simple. netspand should not have excepted the money transfer from brake plus from the reason netspand provided.
