NetStoreUSA This company quickly confirmed my internet order for a piano music book on 3-2-05 and charged my credit card but shipped no book. They don't respond to email inquiries or messages left at their phone number. This company appears to have a history of such fradulent billing w/o shipping the goods ordered. Phoenix Arizona

On March 2, 2005 I placed an internet order with NetStoreUSA for a piano music book and received an immediate order confirmation number. My credit card was charged the next billing cycle but the music book was never shipped and the company does not respond to email inquiries or messages left at their phone number.

After contacting Rip-off.com I discovered other reports of fradulent charges made to credit cards by this company. I will report this to the Phoenix BBB.
