I ordered a product which they said had to be pre-paid by a wire-transfer or money order because the order was more than $400.00; the order was in the amount of 446.59 included taxes, which I did pay. However, they cancelled the order saying the price went from 399.99 to 569.99. When I asked for a return of my money, they said they did not receive it, but when I check with the bank, the bank said they cashed it. I don't understand why the government would allow this scam to continue by this company, plus collecting taxes. I went to a retail store and bought the same product for $249.99
