Under the guise of marketing advertising programs for Google, Network Agenda. Com sends a program for 30 day evaluation. They obtain your credit card with a $7.50 shipping charge. After an evaluation and $7.50 return shipping, a charge of 30.00 is debited to your account, until the 800 number is called. Unsuported charges by BSM/Grant Asst and Imagine Entertainment are automatically debited each month in the amount of $72.95 from each of the companies afilliated with Network Associates. My credit card has been debited in the amount of $340.00...all in dispute with my credit card company.
This is a clear-cut on-line company committing fraud.

Today, I finally received a credit on my account for all the charge-backs from my dealings with Growing Rich w/Google Rip-Off. It was not an easy process--requires a lot of time, and responding with the bank. However, after four months of persistance with my bank, I have finally been given back my money that this company ripped off of me. Thanks to this web site, I've referred it to the bank records, so that anyone being taken by this company again, will not have to go through this process of getting their money back! Thanks to all who wrote in regarding this company's rip-off, bank employees know of this scam.

I would like to discuss Chuck's concerns with him to insure that he is taken care of.

First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Chuck obviously experienced. Chuck, if you come back to read this and want to discuss your account please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-396-5718, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
