November 20,2008 I called netzero.net to cancel my internet service they told me that the cancellation was effective that same day and will not be and further charges. on January 5 2009 I was charge $4.95 and again on January 7 2009 $4.95 total of $9.90 they refused to credit my credit card. I will call my bank to see what I can do from this side to stop any future charges.
