NeuDermis Cream/Lavish Skin Deceptive advertising. Only ordered sample for $4.95. Continue to be billed $89.00 - 3 times so far. Internet

 I ordered free sample on line of NeuDermis Cream, agreeing to pay shipping. The product was bogus. Very small jar that did no more than my drug store cream. Then I received another identical jar less than 30 days later. I called the company and said to discontinue. I do not want it. They had billed my credit card $89.00. They stated fine print said that second part was required. I told them to discontinue and do not bill my cc any more. I was told it would be cancelled. Now I have received another shipment. How do they get away with continueing to bill my credit card?
