I would like my $500 deposit back from Nevada Auto Sales, as they lied and ripped me off. They are liars and con artists, and treat their customers like criminals.

With all due respect; no one held your feet to a fire or denied you your liberty, did they? First you comment that the vehicle was "OLD"; simply because a vehicle is old does not make it a 'bad buy' anymore than just because a vehicle is only a year or two old it is a 'good buy'. Then you state that "THEY DEMANDED $1000" from you; Saying you had to pay such a down payment in order to take posesion of the car was merely a bargaining tactic and that you want your "$500 DEPOSIT" back is proof that you, in fact were an active participant in the bargaining process. I am retired from the construction trade and have no connection past or present with auto sales but nonetheless I can tell you that you will fail in any attempt to get any of your money back. Take a class on either law or automobile purchase procedures before bad mouthing a merchant.

You stopped making your payments, so they repossessed your vehicle, correct?
