The Nevada Corporate Headquarters has been the source for Nevada corporations, Nevada LLCs, asset protection strategies, business credit establishment and many other business/financial services. It also provides incorporation services, access to websites, and small business credit building.

According to Jessica Loggins, a representative of the company, all leads are generated online. Nevada Corporate Headquarters doesn’t do “cold calling” of any kind. Potential clients will indicate interest by responding to advertising or internet marketing. Nevada Corporate Headquarters will only contact someone if they have expressed an interest in and a desire to be contacted. After expressing interest in Nevada Corporate Headquarters products/services, either by calling the company or being called, Nevada Corporates staff will explain the company’s products and services and answer any and all questions that the person may have.



Nevada Corporate Headquarters then will have a corporate consultant speak with the customer. During this conversation the client will be assigned a customer service representative to walk the client through the rest of the process and verify all information, including invoicing. According to Ms. Loggins this is an important part of the process for the customer to ensure the client knows exactly what services are being provided. The staff will provide customers with information about the current pricing for incorporating business or looking for asset protection strategies.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. Customer Care & Complaint Resolution

Commonly, miscommunication is one of the major complaints Nevada Corporate Headquarters receives. In this instance the client would call in and leave a voicemail and never get a follow up call. Due to it being in a que where there was no one particularly assigned to a certain message the calls weren’t properly followed up on. In response Nevada Corporate Headquarters’ staff started a voicemail system that is routed through one individual, and then passed messages to the particular employee it pertains to. The customers were completely satisfied with the resolution, according to Ms. Loggins. Ms. Loggins also noted that since the installment of the customer service protocol there have been no such complaints since. After an issue is resolved, Nevada Corporate Headquarters has a “follow system” in place that ensures the customer is contacted after the issue is resolved to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters is registered under Commercial Registered Agent Certification, FICO Pro Certifications, and Certified Asset Protection. Nevada Corporate also offers CPA’s and an in house lawyer. Ms. Loggins wanted to relay the information that before a customer agrees to do business with the company the client in informed about what exactly their money down is going towards. NCH relies on a team approach from a group of slick telemarketers within a boiler room operation to sell you services you don't need at inflated prices. No real and ethical professional would want to be associated with this den of thieves. Oh yea, your business will be "well cared for," in the form of selling fraudulent tax products! I never realized that slick salesmen were "Licensed professionals."

For their "tax planning" experience, please google Cort Christie's last tax scam the National Audit Defense Network. This one cost thousands their businesses, homes, and so on. The National Audit Defense Network was a 300 million dollar tax scam selling "advanced" tax strategies such as fraudulent "web" sites compliant with the ADA rules within an audit proof tax product. This is why thousands are still paying off the IRS because of this tax scam. Not only was I in trouble with the California Franchise Tax Board for tax evasion, I was also subject to charges by the California BOE. In total, my bill came to over 20,000 dollars in tax related penalties from these people's "advanced tax strategies." The professional who solved my problems charged me less than 1,000 dollars. He understood what I got myself into and understood the trap from Nevada for tax scams. Otherwise, I would have been nailed to the wall for over 80,000 dollars of penalties. Thank God this real professional documented and sent off the evidence to the California Tax Fraud Unit July of this year. This one step exonerated me of a large, unaffordable tax liability.

Please learn from this victim, me. Heed my words! If you value your business and what you worked for, stay far away from these crooks and their kissing cousins in Reno, Nevada run by Christie's partner in crime Derek Rowley.

The connection between Cort Christie and the Phoenix Institute is a matter of record.

Contact: The Phoenix Journal February 15, 1994, Volume 4 number 8 page 2 right column:

After Green LEFT Tehachapi he set up through other persons TWO Nevada Corporations agents. (Mary Ann and Grant). He made special presentations in seminars that he ALSO had fronted over a million dollars to Cort Christie (his man he said) for the one which now comes under attack from him and by him. He told hundreds of participants that he has MANY corporations.

Contact: The Phoenix Journal September 19, 2001, Volume 33 Number 9 Page 2 left column under the headline Government Sponsored Terrorism in the article that accuses the U.S. Government for its involvement in 9/11 and detonating the World Trade Center.

I would add that the collusion then reached over to
Nevada Corporate Headquarters, with staff. Well, things do
come around, my friends, as NCH bought into NADN and now
there is a major suit against them and since Cort Christie is
NADN CEO, it is a difficult time even if nothing comes from
it. Truly, readers, it is a hard time on Planet Earth.

Cort Christie is also mentioned in an on-line book authored by someone called Hatonn called Birthing the Phoenix Vol. III and Vol. IV.

Christie was directly involved in the Phoenix Project from its installation in the late 1980s. The Phoenix Institute was raided by California. The Phoenix Institute was studied by the Ross Institute which investigates cults and scams. This, too, is a matter of record. NCH is a result of the Phoenix Institute.

I refer to the August 1, 2001 issue of The Phoenix Journal Volume 33, Number 2 under the article: Known Organizations of the ILLUMUNATI (sic). On Page 8 right column (just to the right of the copy of some sort of Interpol document accusing the same parties of bank fraud), it is said that Christie pay off Jack Jones to the tune of 50,000.

See July 9, 2003 (Volume 40 Number 12) issue of the same rag, p. 5 right column regarding NCH and its criminal acts perpetrated against something called GAIA (Global Alliance Investment Association). A check with the Nevada SOS site verifies NCH's involvement with GAIA.

See Privacy in a Fish Bowl Chapter 22, pg. 184, where a Hatonn states his support and advocacy for Cort Christie and Nevada Corporate Headquarters and claims of some secret conspiracy to take over the wealth of the country in which a Nevada Corporation is your only solution.

Christie's decades-long involvement in what is plainly a wacko conspiracy theory, paranoid organization and cult that believes in space creatures and that 9/11 was an inside job is very well documented.

There is a rebuttal to this report dated 11/18 and says it is by Marci and ex-employee of NCH. I know Marcie and when I saw this I contacted her. She is very upset. She did not post the rebuttal and the comments that were attributed to her are not ones she agrees with.

Marcie has great respect for Cort Christie. Even though she is an ex-employee, she enjoyed a good relationship with him and knows nothing about a cult, peruvian gold bearer bonds or any of the other extreme things listed in the rebuttal. As far as she knows, they are all out and out lies.

We suspect the posting is actually from an ex-employee that used to work for our old tax division and was mentally unstable and had to be let go. He threatened Marcie's life and those threats were so frightening to her that she had to take extreme measures to protect herself and the rest of the employees here at NCH. Its too bad that someone in that state is given a forum to rant and rave but I imagine most people take what is posted here with a grain of salt. At least I hope so.

Whoever posted this should be ashamed and not use Marcie's name again. If you feel you have legitmate things to offer people about NCH, Cort or Derek, you should have the courage to say them in your own name.

A final word. I know Derek Rowley and work with him. He is a man of great integrity and would never con anyone. He works very hard for the business owners that form their entities in Nevada. He is the president of the Resident Agent's Association and they would not have him in that position if any of the things that were said in the rebuttal were true.

The rumor around Las Vegas is that ALL of NCH's clients will be audited by the IRS beginning from the tax year of 2006 and going forward.
