bought tickets through a different broker, neversoldout was supposed to drop the tickets off to the venue 1 hour before the concert began. this did not happen and i missed the meet and greet and almost missed the show. the tickets did not get there until 5 minutes before the show began. when the broker and i tried to phone neversoldout, the phone call went directly to voice mail and the voice mail was filled so i couldn't leave a message.

i will never use neversoldout again!!!! do not use them. there are other reputable ticket vendors.
