new brillance I (Phyllis Romero) ordered samples of new brillance in May of 2016. only had to pay shipping on product. Never ordered more product but June 3rd $89.95 was taken out of my accoynt for the face cream and the June 15th $64.95 was taken out of my account for the eye serum. The problem I have is I never ordered these products and I have never reciebed them. The money is out of my account dor nothing. d Rancho Santa Fe California
money ($154.95) was taken out of my account using my bank card. never received the products nor did i order them. I only ordered samples in May of 2016 that I paid only the shipping. I received the samples but not the products in June 2016 that was never ordered by me but money was taken from my account
