New Century Tours Refusal to refund payment, lying about accommodations and tours Anapolis Maryland

This company went to our middle school and put on a great presentation about their tour to Washington DC. The problem started when they billed me incorrectly and sent me a 'paid in full' statement. A couple months later I receive a bill saying I owe more money. When I called the company, they were rude and obnoxious and when they realized it was 'their' mistake, they said I had to pay or I wasn't going on the trip. I asked for my full payment back and they refused.

When my daughter went on the tour, she was cheated out of a queen bed and received an old sofa bed. She was also treated rudely by the hired help on a boat cruise. When they toured DC, they arrived so late to the attractions that they waited in line for over an hour and only got 10 minutes to go into the attraction and see it. All that money for 10 minutes?

The company is extremely rude, our school teachers even tried to change companies but the principal refused because this company gives her money for 'scholarships'. They push all their work onto the teachers to collect money for their tours.

This company is collecting millions and ripping off middle school parents. They take no responsibility for their ineffectiveness or their rude employees.
Beware of this company.
