My credit card was charged for $48.00 on 04/23/2005. My credit card company told me that there was no phone number once the charge went through. I started looking on the internet and found the rip off reports. Same as I, I found a website that said "Download Music for a $1.00. I did not confirm it because it sent me somewhere else. I am still working on getting my money back. Unfortunatley I did not save the music download page. Hopefully someone will be able to put a stop to these people and/or company

I called the number listed in everyone elses complaints. They argued with me telling me that it clearly states in the terms and conditions that a one time $48.00 charge will be charged to your account. When in all accuality upfront it tells you only a $1.00. Then she wanted me to give her my credit card number again. I would not give it to her. She kept interupting me and I told her that I had already reported it to my credit card company. After numerous interuptions I finally told not to say anything else and for her to give my name to what ever department she needed to to refund my money! DON'T LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY HAVE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE REGISTERED HERE ON RIP OFF REPORT. I think federal charges should be filed on this company and shut'em down!!!!!!!! They've caused enough people thier time and money, much less the stress that comes with it.
