Cedric brown took $2500 earnest money for the right to purchase a home and promised to return $2300 if we did not buy the home which we didn't. It has been a year and he keeps ignoring my calls and comming up with excuses not to pay and we even have him on video stating that he is going to give us a refund and nothing yet.
