New Hope Financial is a RIP OFF! They promise to lower your mortgage payment. Send in all the paperwork and you wait. Call to check in and then send in more paperwork, again wait. Call back in a few weeks, we got denied but when we starting asking for our full 'guaranteed' money back got the run around like crazy. We had to talk to a completely different person, who wouldn't return our calls. After calling them every other day for two and a half weeks, they call us back and say there was a mistake and to resend all our paperwork, which we did and then waited for another two months to go by. Call them again, and they tell us good news that we are approved and only have to wait for some guy to drive by our house and do a check on the house, for some reason. After that it has been the last two months calling, calling and calling again to get the run around. People no longer work there, people taking vacations for 4 months, and no one wants to give their last name. What manager of a company can take a 4 month vacation? Now no one returns our calls and no one calls us back. We are in limbo and out $2,300!!! At this point all we want is our money back, which is going to be a hassle and now we have to file a claim.  I am not a disgruntled employee; I would never work for such a scam place of business, never! I am a homeowner trying to lower my monthly mortgage payment and clearly was sideswiped by this scam artist called New Hope Financial.

If I can save one person from going through the mess that my husband and I have had to go through for the last SIX and a HALF months, with no results, please DO NOT use this deceitful company.
