You are right - this company, Keith Lynch and Bethany Singh are just playing with people's lives and money - they admit to only closing on 50% of approved applications which means they have use of people's down payment for up to 3 months interest free, and with their new "Zero Down" program, they keep half of the $3K application fee even if it's the investor who decides not to go throught with the deal.
